Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website and services provided by Brew Labs Media LLP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Services Description

Brew Labs Media provides AI-powered growth services including performance marketing, AI automation, custom AI tool development, and social media operations. Services are provided on a monthly retainer basis with pricing starting at $749/month.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business and goals
  • Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms required for service delivery
  • Provide timely feedback and communication
  • Comply with platform terms and policies (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Retainers are non-refundable after work has commenced. If payment is not received within 30 days, we may suspend services until payment is made.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom deliverables created specifically for you become your property. However, methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools we develop remain our intellectual property and may be reused for other clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide final deliverables and transition support as agreed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the National Capital Region.
